- Get pre approved. It’s not the most fun part of the process but when a hot property comes on the market and you beat out a better offer that does not have an approval letter, you’ll be glad you took the 5 minutes to make sure your ducks are in a row. My lenders can issue an approval letter for you in minutes at no cost or obligation to you.
- Get a list of properties that are on the market now and keep up to date as new homes come on the market. I get dozens of calls each week for buyers interested in my listings that are under contract already. - Make sure your agent can serve your needs properly. If one of my teammates is out of town, we have seamless coverage with another agent. I often received calls from other agents’ clients asking me, the listing agent, to show them the property. Don’t let this happen to you.
