  1. Get pre approved. It’s not the most fun part of the process but when a hot property comes on the market and you beat out a better offer that does not have an approval letter, you’ll be glad you took the 5 minutes to make sure your ducks are in a row. My lenders can issue an approval letter for you in minutes at no cost or obligation to you.
  2. Get a list of properties that are on the market now and keep up to date as new homes come on the market. I get dozens of calls each week for buyers interested in my listings that are under contract already.   3. Make sure your agent can serve your needs properly. If one of my teammates is out of town, we have seamless coverage with another agent. I often received calls from other agents’ clients asking me, the listing agent, to show them the property. Don’t let this happen to you.
